ScoreCard — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ScoreCard. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under your local laws.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. User Obligations

You will use the app in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms, and you are responsible for your device, connectivity, and any charges.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

5. Ads & Monetization

The app displays ads via Google AdMob. Personalized ads are shown only with consent where required. Non-personalized ads may still be shown.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the app and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app except as permitted by law.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process information. By using the app, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

8. Warranties Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the app or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app and by updating the "Last Updated" date above.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Belgium.
